Great article. My mom took my advice of teaching Latin to the younger siblings and after four years of Latin in high school, my brother won't even have to take a language in college because they transfered the 4th year of Latin in as college credit. Yippee
Wow...that's impressive. C's college of choice has dropped Latin, and no longer accepts it as language requirement, which is absolutely ridiculous...but will change nothing in my estimation of the necessity and desirability of Latin studies!
Wow, too bad for GCC...C (and all the other precious kiddos that in your home doth dwell) will be all the better for his years of Latin, of that I have no doubt.
